Kevin is an excellent engineer. He did not let me down and the aftercare was excellent. He is reliable and did a great job on replacing my old boiler. As the boiler was new, he ensured not only how to operate it but he also went through all the possibilities of boiler failure and how to rectify any issues.

Kevin arrived well within the estimate time of arrival and managed to get our boiler working again very quickly. He needed to order a replacement fan which arrived the following day and he had it fitted and all working by 4.30 pm. I would be more than happy to recommend his standard of work and fair prices.

kevin has fitted a new boiler for us this week not an easy job as it up in the loft never complains . He turns up at the agreed time ,works none stop .He has done an excellent job and is tidy .I have used him a number of times on our old boiler.

Kevin has never let me down , not even once in the many years I have known him. Other engineers have tried to tell me I need a new boiler but not Kevin. What ever trouble my boiler throws up he manages to solve the problem – and at a reasonable price.

Our boiler stopped working just as the weather turned cold, even though it was a very busy time for him, Kevin was able to squeeze us in, he got us up and running quickly, I booked him to service the boiler the following week. He is very polite and of all the engineers that have been to my house he has been the most thorough, he has a very high standard of work. He has corrected many things that were done incorrectly by previous engineers. I will definitely use his services again.

Kevin came to do my service today. He is an excellent and knowledgable man. He gives good advice, the advice helps me when he could say otherwise and benefit financially. Called Kevin on Saturday after being let down by another company. Kevin was recommended and I am glad I contacted him as he went out of his way to assist. From the start he was trustworthy and remained in regular contact until the parts required were replaced. Kevin now remains my point of contact and I will not hesitate to recommend. I have used Kevin at KMC Gas to service our Vaillant boiler for several years now. Other engineers struggled but Kevin fixed it straight away and we have used him since. Never a long wait for him to do the job. Highly recommended.

With my central heating having failed on one of the coldest days this winter, I was really delighted that Kevin was able to come out and fix the problem at short notice. It was an added bonus that he was obviously familiar with my particular make of boiler. He identified and rectified the operational fault very quickly and replaced a slightly leaky shut off valve as well. The central heating system was up and running again in less than an hour! The price was reasonable as well. I would be pleased to recommend Kevin and will certainly call him again should I have the need.
